An ERE, often called tail coverage, is an endorsement that provides an additional period of time to make or report a claim. Lawyers Mutual offers a free four-year ERE to attorneys who have been insured with us for 10 years and reach the age of 65, and an unlimited ERE at a substantially reduced premium.
